Simply connect the logger to your GPS during your trip, then download the track data to your PC for use with OziExplorer, PCX5, Waypoint+ or similar mapping software.

Based on the GPS Data Logger, this serial data logger is a small, robust unit which records serial (RS232) data from almost any source.
It is a convenient, economical alternative to using a laptop computer, especially in field applications where theft or loss of an expensive laptop may be of concern.

This product is field-configurable and uses a standard 9V alkaline battery.
A 9V alkaline battery will last for 10 days of constant operation, much longer than a laptop or PDA.Especially good for field work where low weight and small size are of great importance. The system can be powered from an external source, for longer in-field endurance.
